General terms and conditions of use for the NumExt application.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Our Service.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural.

Definitions

For these Terms of Service:

• Application means the software program provided by the Company downloaded by You on any electronic device, named NumExt Add-on.
• Application Store means the digital distribution service operated and developed by Google Inc. (Google Workspace Marketplace) in which the Application has been downloaded.
• Country refers to: Brazil
• Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to NumExt Add-on.
• Device means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a cellphone, or a digital tablet.
• Service refers to the Application, the Website, or both.
• Terms of Service (also referred to as "Terms") mean these Terms of Service that form the entire agreement between You and the Company regarding the use of the Service.
• Website refers to NumExt Add-on website, accessible from www.numext.site
• You (referred to as either "You", "User", or "the User" in this Agreement) means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Acknowledgment

These are the Terms of Service governing the use of this Service and the agreement that operates between You and the Company. These Terms of Service set out the rights and obligations of all users regarding the use of the Service.

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on Your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms of Service. These Terms of Service apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service You agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If You disagree with any part of these Terms and Conditions then You may not access the Service.

You represent that you are over the age of 18. The Company does not permit those under 18 to use the Service.

The Application or its site is not a personal data operator and does not require registration.

Access to the platform's functionalities will require the application's access permission to the document in which the application is installed.

By granting permission, the user expressly declares and guarantees being fully capable, able to exercise, and freely enjoy the services.

The user may, at any time, revoke the granted permission for the application's use, simply by uninstalling the application from the document.

The platform is characterized by adding functionalities to "Google Docs," more specifically, the functionality to convert numerical monetary values into spelled-out representations.

Pricing

The application is provided free of charge.

User Access

All technical solutions available to the platform manager will be used to enable access to the service 24 (twenty-four) hours a day, 7 (seven) days a week. However, browsing on the platform or any of its pages may be interrupted, limited, or suspended at any time for updates, modifications, or any action necessary for its proper functioning.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend Your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if You breach these Terms of Service.

Upon termination, Your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

Permitted and Prohibited Uses

You may utilize the Application or its site solely for informational purposes. You are not allowed to use the Application or its site to violate any applicable local, state, national, or international laws, including but not limited to laws related to antitrust or other illegal trade practices, federal and state securities regulations set forth by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, rules of any national or other securities exchange, and U.S. laws governing the export and re-export of commodities or technical data.

You are prohibited from uploading or transmitting any content that infringes on or misuses someone's copyright, patent, trademark, or trade secret. Furthermore, you cannot disclose any information through the Application or its site if its disclosure would violate any confidentiality agreements you may have.

Uploading viruses, worms, Trojan horses, or any harmful computer code is strictly forbidden. Additionally, you must not overload the site's network or servers with excessive traffic or engage in any conduct that disrupts the Application or its site's normal operation.

Communicating any material that is unlawful, harmful, offensive, threatening, abusive, libelous, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, profane, hateful, fraudulent, sexually explicit, racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable is expressly prohibited. This includes material that encourages activities constituting a criminal offense, civil liability, or a violation of any applicable laws.

Please note that any breach of these Terms of Service of Use may result in the termination or suspension of your access to the Application or its site.

Feedbacks

You assign all rights, title, and interest in any Feedback You provide the Company. If for any reason such assignment is ineffective, You agree to grant the Company a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide right and license to use, reproduce, disclose, sub-license, distribute, modify, and exploit such Feedback without restriction.

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by the Company.

The Company has no control over and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company, its agents, vendors, or suppliers from and against any claims, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from or related to your use or misuse of the Application or its site, including, without limitation, your violation of these Terms of Service, the infringement by you, or any other subscriber or user of your account, of any intellectual property right or other right of any person or entity.

Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Waiver

Except as provided herein, the failure to exercise a right or to require performance of an obligation under these Terms shall not affect a party's ability to exercise such right or require such performance at any time thereafter nor shall the waiver of a breach constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.

Translation Interpretation

These Terms of Service may have been translated if We have made them available to You on our Service. You agree that the original English text shall prevail in the case of a dispute.

We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material We will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice before any new terms take effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at Our sole discretion.
